Who We Are

Kimball & Thompson Produce Company is an independent, family owned and operated produce company based in Springdale, Arkansas.  Although quality and freshness are paramount at Kimball & Produce Company, incomparable service is what really distances us from the competition.  Our family began the tradition of unequalled service in 1983 when Kimball’s Produce Company was founded.  Today, Kimball & Thompson Produce Company remains committed to the same level of service.  This commitment is why we still offer seven days a week delivery in much of our service area. 

What We Do

We cater to a wide variety of food service establishments including restaurants (local and chain), country clubs, hotels, caterers, and institutional customers.  We carry a full line of fresh fruits, vegetables, value added, and specialty produce items.  Kimball & Thompson actually has a person on the LA Market hand-picking specialty items for our customers.  Our mission at Kimball & Thompson Produce Company is to develop long term relationships with our customers.  This is done through earning their trust by providing the highest quality products at the best possible price every day.  Our service area includes all of Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, the Fort Smith area, and now the Little Rock metro area.

Food Safety

Food safety is taken very seriously at Kimball & Thompson.  We have scored in the 90's on our last five Cook & Thurbur third-party audits.  We perform two mock recalls per year and carry a suprising $10,000,000 liabilty insurance policy for your protection.
